All products carried by us are designed, fabricated and installed in accordance to the highest industry standards to ensure that they are durable and safe for your usage.

Warranty will commence once installation is completed.

What is covered?

The warranty applies to all products marketed and sold by Mensch Home Solutions Pte Ltd, and covers defect(s) in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and use. At the company’s discretion, We shall provide free-of-charge repair or replacement of the defect within warranty period. It also covers labour and logistic costs for the servicing.

The average workaround period is estimated to be 2 to 6 working days, subjected to technicians’ availability.

The warranty in respect of a repaired product/part will continue to be warranted for the remaining of its warranty period.

Our warranty covers the respective parts as follows:

Mensch Models

  • All Models:
    • Motor: 5 years
    • All other parts: 2 years

Xiaomi Mijia Models

  • Standard:
    • Motor: 2 years
    • All other parts: 1 years
  • Extended:
    • Motor: 5 years
    • All other parts: 2 years

What is not covered?

You may not make a claim under this warranty unless the defect claimed is due to faulty, defective parts or workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

  • Batteries for the remote controller;
  • Misuse or abuse, including failure to properly maintain or service;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply;
  • Malfunction caused by improper disassembling, modification or repairing by 3rd party;
  • Incorrect, improper or inappropriate operation;
  • Insect or vermin infestation;
  • Accidental damage due to own negligence;
  • Exterior damages caused by chemical fumes or sharp objects.

  2. After logging in, click on Orders
  3. Look for the product you wish to check and click view.
  4. Your warranty date will be stated on the page.
